We discuss what works in your home and what gets in the way: a crowded kitchen, too little storage, or nowhere comfortable to work. We then plan the layout, storage, and lighting around those needs, making room for the pieces you want to keep.

Keep existing flooring and furniture that still work well. Use lower-emission finishes and cabinetry that can be repaired. Make the most of daylight and natural ventilation where the existing home allows. Keeping and repairing useful things reduces waste and the need for new materials.
